Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: by 12:00

Payment

Online bookings pay a 30% deposit; the balance is paid on arrival. Card details are entered on the bank page; we never store them.

All prices include taxes and fees.

Cancellation

• Cancel more than 48 hours before arrival and the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
• Changing dates tops up or partly refunds the deposit by the price difference.
